Your body deserves a unique fitness regime tailored to you.  At the YMCA, our nationally certified Personal Trainers can assist you in reaching fitness and weight loss goals through one-on-one or group settings.

Our Expertise

Every YMCA personal trainer has acquired and maintains nationally recognized certifications through one or more of the following health and fitness organizations:

  • American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
  • American Council on Exercise (ACE)
  • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

PERSONAL TRAINING RATES:

$35 per 1 hour session (individual)

$25 per 1 hour session (group)

 

*Sessions can be half hours or hours*

1 session $17.50/ $35

5 Sessions $87.50 / $175

10 Sessions $175/ $350

 

Group Training

Help each other out! Group training allows people to work out together under the supervision of a personal trainer. The trainer will develop a routine to meet the needs of a group of people with similar goals and ability levels and schedule each session as a group. This type of training is fun and less expensive than one-on-one training sessions. Available in clusters of 10 sessions only.

2 person group training

Per person cost $25/hour

3 person group training

Per person cost $20/ hour

 

Sport-Specific Training / Youth Training

 

Individualized workouts to train for your sport or acclimate you to the weight room.  An experienced personal trainer can challenge you as an athlete or guide you on the beginning of your fitness journey, and improve your performance or confidence by acting as a coach and leading you through each session.  Sport Specific Training entails 2 half hour personal training sessions a week!

Individual Training $100/ Month Group Training $60/ Month
